Welcome to St. Michael's Episcopal Church Colonie, N.Y.

   Father Hart is beginning his seventh year at St. Michael’s. He served churches in Texas before the Lord led him and his family to Colonie. He has extensive experience in the practice and teaching of prayer and healing. He is also experienced in the areas of spiritual development and spiritual direction. He has participated at all levels of Cursillo and has conducted Encounter Retreats, a weekend of spiritual formation and discovering a deeper relationship with God in Christ. Father Hart has also taught on how to put on an Alpha Course, and has been a leader and teacher in aspects of Youth Alpha.

  Father Hart is the father of four children. He has completed three marathons, and enjoys snow skiing. He attended the University of Texas and Dallas Theological Seminary and earned a MA in English from Baylor University. He also holds a Masters in Accountancy from Baylor University and a Masters in Divinity from Nashotah House Seminary.
